Genworth Financial today announced the completed integration of the registered representatives of Hochman & Baker Securities (HBS) into its Personal Advisor Network, Terra Securities Corporation, one of the country's premier accountant broker-dealers. The acquisition of HBS, which was completed earlier this year, enhances Terra's capabilities in several areas and grows the Genworth Personal Advisor Network from 1,400 to 2,200 representatives nationwide.
