Kelly L. Groh
Kelly Groh is responsible for controllership, treasury, tax, investor and rating agency relations, financial planning and analysis, and corporate audit functions. Prior to assuming the role of CFO in October 2015, Ms. Groh had served as Senior Vice President of Financial Reporting & Operations and Genworth’s Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since May 2012. Her department included SEC reporting, financial compliance and consolidation, technical accounting, finance operations and systems, investment controllership and finance shared services. Prior to this role, she led Investment Portfolio Management for two years and served as the CFO of Genworth’s Retirement & Protection Segment from August 2008 through December 2010. Ms. Groh joined Genworth Financial in 1996 and served in various finance roles. Prior to Genworth, she was a manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. Ms. Groh serves as Board Chair for AMP! Metro Richmond, a Richmond-based middle school mentoring program. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, from the University of Washington, Seattle, in 1990.
